AgeWays is a leader in the aging network in southeast Michigan and metro Detroit. We collaborate with senior-focused organizations and businesses to find the best, most effective ways to deliver needed services to older adults, people with disabilities and their families.

We do this by:

• Working with a pool of well-vetted, private agencies to provide direct care services to people enrolled in our MI-Choice and Community Living programs.
• Contracting with local nonprofits and other community organizations  to provide critical services like Meals on Wheels, adult day services and legal services funded through government allocations at the federal and state level.
• Working directly with healthcare systems and healthcare plans to help them meet goals related to reducing re-admissions, resident retention and enrollment of hard-to-reach populations.
