Annual Implementation Plan

AgeWays’s Multi-Year Plan (MYP) details how we will use federal Older Americans Act and state funds to support community-based services for older adults in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, and Washtenaw counties. The current plan covers fiscal years 2023 -2025 (Beginning October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2025.) This plan is approved by each county’s Board of Commissioners and the state Aging and Adult Services Agency.

AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services is committed to practice business in an ethical manner and to comply with applicable laws. AgeWays has instituted an ongoing Compliance Program, which includes, without limitation, policies and protocols designed to detect and prevent fraud, waste and abuse (FWA). AgeWays requires all employees and others acting on behalf of AgeWays to comply with AgeWays’s Compliance Program Policy. AgeWays enforces this requirement through disciplinary guidelines set forth in its Fraud Waste and Abuse Compliance Program Policy.

Fraud, waste and abuse can be reported by emailing compliancereporting@AgeWays.org or calling (833) AA1BFWA ((833) 221-2392). Fraud, waste and abuse can be reported by AgeWays employees, program participants, vendors or any other party.
