Legal Services
- Provides legal services in such areas as consumer finance, power of attorney, real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, child custody, consumer purchases and utility shut-offs. All eligible callers to the intake hotline receive a brief assessment and then referral for services with an attorney if necessary. Follow-up appointments may be scheduled. Satellite offices are located at 28 North Saginaw, Suite 510, in Pontiac and 32 Market St. in Mt. Clemens. For all matters, call the hotline on Mondays between 11AM-3 PM and Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 9AM-11PM. Walk-ins are accepted in the Detroit office on Mondays from 9AM-11PM.
- Must be low income and reside in Macomb, Oakland or Wayne county.
