May have limited funding for emergency needs such as utility assistance to prevent shut-off or rent assistance to prevent eviction. Funds available once a year. Also administers the MEAP fund which assists with payment of heat, electric or water bills.
Serves residents of 48015, 48021, 48066, 48080-48082, 48088-48093, 48225, 48230 and 48236.
Must provide shut off notice and denial notice from Department of Human Services. Must be a resident of northern Macomb County.
Food Pantry
Emergency food program provides a three day supply of food every 60 days. Food pantry is open Monday-Thursday from 10AM-4PM.
Must be a resident of north Macomb County. Must provide proof of need. Call for additional eligibility requirements.
