Food and Friendship for Older Adults

AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services supports senior dining programs across our six-county region, providing nutritious weekday lunches for adults aged 60 and older. These programs take place in welcoming community spaces such as senior centers, senior living facilities, and churches. While meals are offered at no set cost, participants are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to help sustain the program. Spouses of participants aged 60 and older are also welcome to join, regardless of their age.

Beyond nutrition, senior dining programs offer meaningful opportunities for social engagement, friendship, and even volunteerism. These gatherings help combat loneliness, encourage active participation, and foster a strong sense of community.

Program times vary by location. To find a senior dining program near you, view our directory of meal sites by county here. Please contact the individual location directly for details on meal times, closures, or other updates.
